On October 5, 2024, the Kannapolis African American Museum and Cultural Center (KAA-MaCC) will mark an incredible milestone – its 11th Anniversary & Hall of Fame Inductions. This monumental event will celebrate the lifetime achievements of seven extraordinary women from Cabarrus and Rowan counties. These remarkable leaders will be honored for their contributions to the community, their groundbreaking achievements, and the lasting legacies they’ve built.
And we need YOU to help make this evening unforgettable!

Volunteer Roles: How You Can Get Involved
We have several roles for volunteers leading up to and on the day of the event. Whether you’re skilled in guest relations, love setting up for grand events, or prefer to assist behind the scenes, we’ve got a spot for you! Here’s how you can contribute: event setup crew (pre-event), guest registration & greeters, silent auction assistants, ushers & guest assistants, and event breakdown team (post-event).

Your volunteer work will help create an atmosphere of excellence and ensure that this celebration is a night to remember for everyone involved. How to Sign Up
Are you ready to join us for an inspiring and impactful evening? Signing up is easy! Simply fill out our Volunteer Registration Form with your availability and preferred roles. No matter your experience level, we have a role for you. Submit your completed form to info@kaa-macc.org no later than September 20, 2024.
